6. Lifestyle – a healthy lifestyle is extremely important to avoid infertility in women. A healthy lifestyle comes from healthy habits and good domestic and work planning. This in turn, will aid in fertility. Yoga and exercise are contributing factors in maintaining a healthy lifestyle as well.
