Foods For Anemia

Anemia can be cured with the following easy remedies:

  • Iron : This is most important to fight anemia and rich sources are vegetables, dates, brown rice, grapes, oysters, raisins.
  • Jaggery : This iron rich food can replace sugar in tea and can taken as a sweet dish too.
  • Honey : It has high levels of iron along with some minerals and vitamins.
  • Banana : It is rich in iron, some essential minerals and vitamin and potassium.
